You’re a leader in a corporate environment and it’s time to make              some brave career decisions.

I can relate to your experience… You’re a dedicated leader (you know if you’re a “leader”), energized when your efforts genuinely help others. You’re loyal and responsible, you do the right thing, and when things go wrong you do all you can to fix them.

You don’t want to find a new job, but you’re aware that staying where you are is taking a serious toll on your health, relationships, and peace of mind. But you worry that if you drop any of the balls you’re exhaustedly keeping in the air, everything will come tumbling down.

While you gladly put others’ needs before your own, in your heart you ache to feel more free, confident, self-expressed and fulfilled. You’re capable of more, you want to make a difference with your remaining years at work, and you know this means it’s time to make a change.

Why you shouldn’t wait…

By the time change is necessary, stress is high and confidence lower. Many people doubt the value of their abilities in the marketplace, and whether they can pull off the blurry-but-exciting vision they have for their future.

Many successful professionals find they lose trust in their resourcefulness and ability to successfully navigate the ups and downs of a professional change. This is why ideally you start moving forwards while you have time, energy and chutzpah —  before annoyance turns to apathy or exhaustion.

N

No one wants to change their job and fail

or find themselves in a worse situation.

N

Many are afraid of letting others down

but also of letting themselves down

You know deeply there’s something better out there, and with bravery, a roadmap and support you’d find it.

I’m uniquely equipped to help you with this change.

I bring my background as a past employee in the business/corporate world, and an entrepreneur who’s launched and sustained a business over more than a decade. Coupled with that, I’ve traveled through 50 countries, worked in a some of those, and a experienced geographic relocations with significant cultural adaptation.

I understand what change does to our minds, emotions, and decision-making. How we navigate it really matters if we’re to arrive at our destination and not give up along the way.

I’ve supported hundreds of professionals through career change for well over a decade, and I’ve done the work myself (more below if you’re curious).

I specialize in supporting Leaders because the world needs more good people in positions of power and if you’re stuck in a place that’s suffocating the best of you… we all need you out of there!

Many of my clients are women, people of color; mid-late career; many are parents; many are ready for love; all have a professional purpose they want to realize. I’m industry agnostic and learn fast. That said, many of my clients come from tech, healthcare, education, (global) finance, oil & gas, HR and social justice.

The 5-stage career satisfaction framework

Having some idea of the road ahead can help all of us be braver.

The general arc of our journey moves through a 5-stage framework – developed from thousands of coaching hours, and successful client stories.

A foundation of bravery, plus healthy dose of risk taking and self-trust are invaluable for a successful career change. Together we rebuild or strengthen this, while following the 5D framework and clear benchmarks.

I take into account risk management – balancing resources, all key relationships, and individual capacity. We move at the pace of your slowest parts – that’s how you make a sustainable fulfilling change (feel free to ask me about this).

We’re meant to expand as we age – to fulfill our dreams, help others, and feel more and more Us. Let’s bravely do this!

I’ve done the brave work

Professionally I’m constantly learning new skills and building this business. Personally I’ve been committed to healing my own history and bravely making decisions that honor who I am and the life I want to live. The cost has been high, but the rewards immeasurable. I was a girl living in Birmingham, England with an eating disorder, binge drinking to cope, intense anxiety, and a wall of fake confidence keeping me standing. It’s been an incredible journey across continents externally and internally. Ultimately I found my way home. And just so you know I’m walking my talk 🙂 – in my late 40s I made a huge life  change, which took years to be brave enough to do, and my professional aspirations for impact constantly kick my butt!

I’m trauma-informed and intimately understand bravery. Most of us carry painful pasts that impact our present day choices and reactions. I provide a safe guided healing space (I’m not a therapist) for each client to explore who they really are and how they want to live. This often entails untethering from familial, societal, cultural influences. How you’re feeling, what you’re thinking, the fears and desires you have – this is whole- human-coaching. But please know … my job is to support you in clarifying and bravely bringing your professional dream to life. Which means taking action, doing things, is vital.
